Comparison review
LG G8 ThinQ is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 9, with a overall score of 84.3 against 83.2. Although the LG G8 ThinQ and the Xiaomi Mi 9 were released only a few months apart, the LG G8 ThinQ construction is a bit lighter but a little bit thicker than the Xiaomi Mi 9. The LG G8 ThinQ has a processing unit that's just as good as Xiaomi Mi 9's CPU, they have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM amount.
LG G8 ThinQ features a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 9, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same display brightness, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution and a greater display density. The LG G8 ThinQ has a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 shoots much clearer videos and photos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low light captures and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 60 fps video frame rates, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also counts with a much more mega-pixels back facing camera and a way bigger back camera sensor.
LG G8 ThinQ counts with a little better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity.
