Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 9 is a bit better than the LG G8X ThinQ, having a score of 83.2 against 82.7. The Xiaomi Mi 9 is a just a little thinner and just a bit lighter device than the LG G8X ThinQ, even when both were only released 8 months apart. Xiaomi Mi 9 counts with a bit more vivid screen than LG G8X ThinQ. They have a screen with the same size, the same display density and an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
LG G8X ThinQ features a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G8X ThinQ also has an external memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The LG G8X ThinQ counts with a processor that is very similar to Xiaomi Mi 9's processing unit, both of them have 8 cores and a 6 GB RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi 9 shoots much clearer videos and photos than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have the same video definition, a same size aperture and the same 60 frames per second video frame rate, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has a much larger back camera sensor capturing way higher quality pictures and videos and a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
LG G8X ThinQ counts with superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
