Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 9 has a global score of 83.2, which is a little bit better than Galaxy M30's global score of 82.4. The Xiaomi Mi 9 is a just a bit lighter and just a little thinner phone than Galaxy M30, although both of them were only released with a couple months difference. The Xiaomi Mi 9 counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy M30, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a just a little better screen density.
The Galaxy M30 features a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy M30 also has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Mi 9 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M30. Both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.
Samsung Galaxy M30 has a way better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. Xiaomi Mi 9 captures much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy M30, because it has a much higher (4K) video quality, a way bigger sensor, a bigger aperture to take better low light captures and videos and a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution.
