Comparison review
The Huawei P40 is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, getting a general score of 86.4 against 82.7. The Huawei P40 construction is a bit thinner and a little lighter than the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, although both were released with only 8 months difference. Both phones we compare here use the same Android 10 OS (operating system).
Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro counts with a bit better display than Huawei P40, because although it has a just a bit inferior pixel amount per inch in the screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2340px, the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro also counts with a little bit larger screen. Huawei P40 features a processor that's very similar to the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro one, both have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM memory amount.
The Huawei P40 features a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 60 frames per second video frame rate, the Huawei P40 also counts with a back-facing camera with a higher resolution and a much bigger back camera sensor shooting lot better quality videos and photographs.
Huawei P40 counts with as much storage capacity for games and applications as Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, both of them have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro has a little better battery lifetime than Huawei P40, because it has a 5% bigger battery capacity.
