Comparison review
The LG Velvet has a general score of 87.1, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro's overall score of 82.7. Even though LG Velvet and Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro were released only 9 months apart, LG Velvet is thinner and just a bit lighter. The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro has a little more vivid screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a bit more pixels per screen inch.
Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro features a bit better processor than LG Velvet. Both of them have a 6 GB RAM and the same number of cores. LG Velvet counts with a superior storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the LG Velvet also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB.
The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro captures a bit better videos and photos than LG Velvet, and although they both have a same size back camera sensor, a same size aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a 48 MP camera in the back, the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro also has higher video frame rates. The LG Velvet has a little better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
