The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro has a global score of 82.7, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A31's global score of 81.3. Both of these devices work with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so both should provide identical OS features. Although it's the best we are comparing, Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro is a just a little bit heavier and a little thicker phone than Samsung Galaxy A31.
The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy A31, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
