Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 9T has a general score of 82.2, which is just a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 8's 79.5 general score. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi 9T has an older 10 version and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14. Xiaomi Mi 9T's design has the same thickness than Asus ROG Phone 8, but it's somewhat lighter.
Xiaomi Mi 9T counts with a much better performing processor than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has 6 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a better display than Xiaomi Mi 9T, because although it has a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a little bigger display, a way brighter display and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400px.
Asus ROG Phone 8 features a lot bigger storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 9T, because it has 256 GB internal storage. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a much better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 9T, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 9T, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and videos, it also counts with a camera with more megapixels, a lot better video resolution and a much larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a way better photo and video quality.
