Comparison review

LG G8 ThinQ is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 9T, with an 84.3 score against 82.2. Even though the LG G8 ThinQ and the Xiaomi Mi 9T were released only a couple months apart, the LG G8 ThinQ is just a little bit thinner and lighter. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the LG G8 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Mi 9T has Android 10 version.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a sharper display than Xiaomi Mi 9T, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 3120 resolution, a brighter screen and a higher pixels density. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 9T. They have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM amount.

Xiaomi Mi 9T captures much clearer photos and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture and slower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 9T also counts with a lot better resolution back-facing camera and a way bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

LG G8 ThinQ counts with a superior memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9T, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Xiaomi Mi 9T has a bit superior battery lifetime than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
