Xiaomi Mi 9T has a global score of 82.2, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy M12's overall score of 80. Xiaomi Mi 9T's body is lighter and just a bit thinner than the Galaxy M12, despite of the fact that it was released just a bit further than a year before. Both phones in our current comparison include the same Android 10 operating system, so they should count with identical OS features.
Xiaomi Mi 9T has a brighter display than Samsung Galaxy M12, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display and a lot better 1080 x 2340 resolution. Galaxy M12 counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9T, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
The Xiaomi Mi 9T counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy M12, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Mi 9T also has a higher amount of RAM. Xiaomi Mi 9T shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy M12, and although they both have a same resolution camera, the Xiaomi Mi 9T also has a way higher video definition and a bigger diafragm aperture.
