Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 9T is just a bit better than Xiaomi Poco M3, with a overall score of 82.2 against 78.2. Both of these phones use the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect. Xiaomi Mi 9T is an older device than the Xiaomi Poco M3, but it is just a bit lighter and just a little bit thinner anyway.
