The Huawei Mate 30 is much better than Xiaomi Mi A1, with an 84 score against 75. Although the Huawei Mate 30 is newer than Xiaomi Mi A1, it's somewhat heavier and thicker. Both phones we are comparing come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 30 has older 10 version while Xiaomi Mi A1 has Android 9.0 Pie.
Huawei Mate 30 has a bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi A1 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a little worse 1080 x 1920 resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit greater display pixels density.
The Huawei Mate 30 takes way better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have the same video quality, the Huawei Mate 30 also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rates, a camera with much more mega-pixels and a larger aperture to take better low light captures and videos.
Xiaomi Mi A1 counts with a little bit more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that allows up to 256 GB. Huawei Mate 30 has a really longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi A1, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3080mAh.
