Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 5 has a global score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi A1's global score of 75. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 5 has the previous 5.1 version and Xiaomi Mi A1 has Android 9.0 Pie. Although the Galaxy Note 5 is better than the Xiaomi Mi A1, it must be noted that it's also notably older, just a little heavier and just a little thicker.
The Xiaomi Mi A1 has a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Xiaomi Mi A1 also has more processing cores. The Galaxy Note 5 features a brighter display than Xiaomi Mi A1, because it has a greater pixel density, a bit bigger screen and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution.
Xiaomi Mi A1 has a superior memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Xiaomi Mi A1 also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi A1 counts with just a little better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 3080mAh battery capacity.
