Galaxy Note5 has a general score of 80.2, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi A1's global score of 75. Galaxy Note5 is a better cellphone than Xiaomi Mi A1, it must be told that it is also a older, just a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker cellphone. The Samsung Galaxy Note5 features a bit more powerful processor than Xiaomi Mi A1. Both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores.
Samsung Galaxy Note5 counts with just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi A1, because it has a bit larger screen, a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a higher screen pixel density. The Xiaomi Mi A1 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Xiaomi Mi A1 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 256 GB.
The Galaxy Note5 shoots clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Galaxy Note5 also has a much higher 16 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light photos.
The Xiaomi Mi A1 features a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has a 3080mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
