Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note8 has an overall score of 83, which is much better than the Xiaomi Mi A1's overall score of 75. Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a thicker and somewhat heavier device than the Xiaomi Mi A1. Both of these devices work with the same Android 9.0 Pie operating system. Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi A1, because it has a way higher 1440 x 2960px resolution, a higher pixel number in each screen inch and a quite bigger display.
The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note8 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi A1 and Samsung Galaxy Note8 feature extremely similar memory capacity for apps and games, they have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity and an external memory card slot that admits up to 256 GB.
The Galaxy Note8 has a bit superior battery duration than Xiaomi Mi A1, because it has a 7% bigger battery capacity. The Galaxy Note8 has a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a back facing camera with a 12 mega-pixels resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy Note8 also has a lot larger aperture.
