Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a score of 98.1, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi A1's 75 score. Both phones we are comparing here come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has the previous 11 version while Xiaomi Mi A1 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a notably newer device than the Xiaomi Mi A1, but it is much heavier and somewhat thicker.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra features a bit faster processor than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
