Samsung Galaxy S7 has a score of 79.5, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi A1's overall score of 75. Samsung Galaxy S7 is an older and just a little bit thicker cellphone than Xiaomi Mi A1, but Samsung managed to build it a little lighter anyway. The Xiaomi Mi A1 counts with a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S7, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Xiaomi Mi A1 also has 4 more CPU cores.
Galaxy S7 counts with a much better display than Xiaomi Mi A1, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560, a better pixels density and much more screen brightness. Samsung Galaxy S7 features a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have a 12 mega pixels resolution camera in the back, the same video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy S7 also has a much bigger aperture to capture better low light images and video.
The Xiaomi Mi A1 has a much better memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 256 GB and 64 GB internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi Mi A1 has just a bit better battery life than Galaxy S7, because it has a 3080mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
