Comparison review
Galaxy S7 edge is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi A1, getting a 78.1 score against 75. Despite of the fact Galaxy S7 edge is older and a bit thicker than Xiaomi Mi A1, it's design is still a little bit lighter. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S7 edge has an older 8.0 Oreo version while Xiaomi Mi A1 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Xiaomi Mi A1 has a little bit better processing power than Galaxy S7 edge, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Xiaomi Mi A1 also has a higher number of cores (but slower). Samsung Galaxy S7 edge features a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge also has a better display pixel density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.
Xiaomi Mi A1 features a way bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB and 64 GB internal memory. The Galaxy S7 edge has improved battery duration than Xiaomi Mi A1, because it has a 17 percent more battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge shoots clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have the same resolution back facing camera, the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge also has a much bigger diafragm aperture for better captures and videos in low light environments.
