Comparison review
The Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has a global score of 78.7, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi A1's 75 general score. Although Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro is way newer than the Xiaomi Mi A1, it's noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker. Both devices we are comparing here include Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro has the previous 10 version while Xiaomi Mi A1 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Xiaomi Mi A1 features a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better pixels density. Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro counts with a bit better processor than Xiaomi Mi A1. Both have 4 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core CPU.
Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro features a little bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro also has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro features a really longer battery performance than Xiaomi Mi A1, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3080mAh.
Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro takes much better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Poco M2 Pro also has a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and a larger aperture to capture better low light images and videos.
