Both phones in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro has an older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi A1 has Android 9.0 Pie.
Xiaomi Mi A1 features a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920, it also counts with a little bit greater pixels density. The Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro has a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM.
Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro counts with a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro also has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light images and video and a much higher resolution back facing camera.
