Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi 9T is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi A1, getting a global score of 78.2 against 75. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Redmi 9T has 10 version and Xiaomi Mi A1 has Android 9.0 Pie version. Although the Xiaomi Redmi 9T is way newer than the Xiaomi Mi A1, it's a lot thicker and heavier.
The Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a CPU that is just as good as Xiaomi Mi A1's processor, both have 4 GB of RAM and 8 cpu cores. Xiaomi Mi A1 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because although it has a bit smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, it also counts with a little bit greater display density.
The Xiaomi Redmi 9T takes much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has a larger aperture to capture better photography and videos in low-light situations and a lot better resolution back camera.
Xiaomi Redmi 9T features a bit bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi A1, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi 9T counts with a way better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi A1, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
