Comparison review
Huawei Mate 8 has a general score of 77.4, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite's 74.3 score. The Huawei Mate 8 design is a little thinner than the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, but it's just a bit heavier and was released 3 years before. The Huawei Mate 8 has a bit more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite. Both of them have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores.
Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite has a little bit better display than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2280 resolution and a bit better screen density. Huawei Mate 8 counts with more memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Huawei Mate 8 features a battery lifetime that's very similar to the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite one. Huawei Mate 8 has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Huawei Mate 8 also has faster video frame rates, a bigger aperture and a camera in the back with a way better resolution.
