The LG G8 ThinQ is better than Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, having an 84.3 score against 74.3. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but LG G8 ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite has Android 8.1 Oreo, giving a couple nice extra features. Even though the LG G8 ThinQ and Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite were released only a couple months apart, the LG G8 ThinQ is just a little bit thinner and a little lighter.
LG G8 ThinQ counts with a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM. LG G8 ThinQ counts with a bit better display than Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, because it has a quite bigger display, a better screen pixel density, a better resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and a bit more screen brightness.
LG G8 ThinQ shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, and although they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a lot bigger diafragm aperture. LG G8 ThinQ features much more storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, because it has more internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.
Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite features a bit better battery lifetime than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
