Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi A2 is just a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone, with a 78 score against 77.1. Although Xiaomi Mi A2 and the Asus ROG Phone were released with only a couple of months difference, Xiaomi Mi A2 is somewhat lighter and thinner. Asus ROG Phone features a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi A2. They have the same number of pixels per inch in the screen, the same resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a screen of the same size.
The Asus ROG Phone counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi A2, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has 2 GB more RAM. Xiaomi Mi A2 shoots much better photographs and videos than Asus ROG Phone, although it has a tinier back camera sensor and worse video frame rate, they both have a same size camera aperture and the same (4K) video quality.
Asus ROG Phone has a way bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi A2, because it has more internal storage. The Asus ROG Phone counts with improved battery duration than Xiaomi Mi A2, because it has a 33 percent larger battery size.
