Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi A2 is a bit better than Huawei Mate 8, having a score of 78 against 77.4. Xiaomi Mi A2's design is noticeably newer, a little bit thinner and a bit lighter than Huawei Mate 8. Xiaomi Mi A2 has a little bit better display than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have a same size screen, the Xiaomi Mi A2 also has a little bit greater pixels density and a bit higher 1080 x 2160 resolution.
Huawei Mate 8's processing unit is just as good as Xiaomi Mi A2's processor, and although the Huawei Mate 8 has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Xiaomi Mi A2 has just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a camera with a way lower 12 MP resolution, it also counts with a larger aperture to take better captures and videos in low light situations and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
The Huawei Mate 8 features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi A2, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 128 GB. The Huawei Mate 8 has improved battery duration than Xiaomi Mi A2, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3010mAh.
