LG G8 ThinQ has a general score of 84.3, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi A2's general score of 78. The LG G8 ThinQ body is thicker but a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Mi A2, and both were released with only a couple months difference. The LG G8 ThinQ has a brighter screen than Xiaomi Mi A2, because it has a better count of pixels per inch in the display, a better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a bit bigger display.
LG G8 ThinQ features a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi A2. Both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi A2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and a same resolution back facing camera, the LG G8 ThinQ also has higher 60 fps video frame rate, a bigger camera aperture for better images and video in poorly lited situations and a bigger camera sensor.
LG G8 ThinQ has a very superior memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi A2, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB. The LG G8 ThinQ features a bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi A2, because it has a 16 percent bigger battery size.
