The Xiaomi Mi A3 has a general score of 79.2, which is a bit better than the Galaxy Note3's global score of 77.7. These devices work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi A3 has the older 11 version and Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2. Xiaomi Mi A3's construction has the same thickness than Galaxy Note3, but it's a bit heavier.
