Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 has a global score of 89, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi A3's 79.2 general score. Xiaomi Mi Mix 4's design is noticeably newer and a little thinner, but notably heavier than the Xiaomi Mi A3. Both phones we compare here work with the same Android 11 OS, so both of them should provide the same OS features.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 features a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Mi A3, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 also has 4 GB more RAM. Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 has a sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi A3, because it has a quite larger screen, a higher pixels amount per display inch and a lot higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
Xiaomi Mi A3 features a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Mix 4, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Xiaomi Mi A3 also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 has a very superior camera than Xiaomi Mi A3, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low-light images and video, it also counts with a way larger sensor capturing way better quality videos and photographs, a camera with a lot higher resolution and a way better video quality.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 has a little better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi A3, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
