Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 has a general score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi Max 2's general score of 77.5. Although the Asus ROG Phone 8 is newer than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, it's somewhat thicker and a little bit heavier. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a much faster CPU than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Asus ROG Phone 8 has a much sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because it has a little bigger display, a little better pixel density and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400. Asus ROG Phone 8 has a very superior camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because it has a much larger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality, a much higher video definition, a bigger diafragm aperture and a way more mega pixels back-facing camera.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a little bit better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has just a little better battery life than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because it has a 5500mAh battery size instead of 5300mAh.
