Comparison review
Huawei P10 Plus is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, having a 79.8 score against 77.5. Huawei P10 Plus's body is a bit thinner and a lot lighter than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, although both of them were only released 2 months apart. Huawei P10 Plus has a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei P10 Plus also has more RAM.
The Huawei P10 Plus features a brighter display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher screen pixel density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a little bit better camera than Huawei P10 Plus, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for taking images and video in poorly lited environments, they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the same video frame rates and the same resolution back camera.
Huawei P10 Plus counts with a bit more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Huawei P10 Plus also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a much longer battery performance than Huawei P10 Plus, because it has 5300mAh of battery capacity.
