Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a global score of 77.5, which is a little bit better than LG G5's 76.1 general score. Xiaomi Mi Max 2's body is newer than LG G5's, although it's just a little bit thicker and extremely heavier. LG G5 has a brighter screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater pixels number per inch of display and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a little better hardware performance than LG G5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has a higher number of cores. The LG G5 has a bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a much better battery life than LG G5, because it has an 89 percent larger battery size. LG G5 has a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the LG G5 also has a bigger camera aperture for better images and videos in poorly lited environments, a lot more mega pixels back facing camera and a bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a better image and video quality.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is also a bargain compared to others, making this phone a great choice.
