Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a general score of 77.5, which is slightly better than the Galaxy A6's 75.8 overall score. Xiaomi Mi Max 2's design has the same thickness than the Galaxy A6, but it is noticeably heavier. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has a higher 1080 x 1920 resolution, a little bigger screen and a just a bit higher number of pixels in each inch of screen.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy A6, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has a larger amount of RAM. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy A6, because although it has a tinier camera sensor, a back-facing camera with a way worse resolution and a way tinier aperture which is worse for taking photographs or video in low light situations, it also counts with a lot better (4K) video definition.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a lot bigger memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A6, because although it has a SD extension slot that admits 272 GB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has a 77% greater battery size.
Although Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy A6. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Galaxy A6, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
