Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has an overall score of 85.7, which is better than Xiaomi Mi Max 2's 77.5 overall score. Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is noticeably older than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, it's body is extremely lighter and just a little thinner. Galaxy S6 Edge features a better processing power than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an extra graphics co-processor and a 64-bits processing unit.
The Galaxy S6 Edge has an incredibly better display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a way better number of pixels per screen inch and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a way less mega pixels camera in the back, a worse video definition, a smaller camera aperture which is worse for low-light photography and videos and a tinier sensor.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a very superior storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 5300mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi Max 2. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
