Comparison review
The Galaxy S8 has a global score of 81.7, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2's 77.5 general score. The Galaxy S8 construction is just a little thicker but much lighter than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and they were only released with a few months difference. The Galaxy S8 counts with a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Mi Max 2. Both have a Octa-Core processor and a 4 GB RAM.
The Galaxy S8 counts with a better display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a much higher count of pixels per inch in the screen and a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 2960. The Samsung Galaxy S8 features a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same video quality, a 12 mega-pixels resolution camera and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy S8 also has a bigger camera sensor capturing higher quality photos and videos and a lot larger camera aperture to capture better low light images and video.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a quite bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S8, because although it has a SD memory slot that supports up to 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy S8, because it has a 5300mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the Galaxy S8 is also a bargain compared to others, making it a no doubt choice.
