Comparison review
The Galaxy S8 Active has a general score of 81.9, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Max 2's general score of 77.5. Galaxy S8 Active's construction is just a bit lighter but incredibly thicker than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and both were only released 2 months apart. Galaxy S8 Active counts with a much better screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher screen pixels density and a way better 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution.
Galaxy S8 Active counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 2. Both have 4 GB of RAM memory and 8 processing cores. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features more storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that holds 128 GB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features improved battery lifetime than Galaxy S8 Active, because it has 5300mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active takes a bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active also has a lot bigger aperture for better low-light photos and a bigger back camera sensor which provides a better photo and video quality.
Galaxy S8 Active not only is the best phones in our current comparison, but it's also a bargain compared to the other ones.
