Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, getting a score of 79 against 77.5. Even though the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is somewhat thicker than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, it's just a little lighter and way newer. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features just a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because it has a little better display density, a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a quite bigger screen.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features slightly more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has an external memory slot that holds 384 GB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a bit better processor than Xiaomi Mi Max 2. Both of them have the same RAM amount and 8 processing cores.
