Comparison review
The ZTE Axon 20 has a general score of 77.8, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Max 2's overall score of 77.5. ZTE Axon 20 is a a lot newer and just a little bit lighter device than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, although it's a little thicker. The ZTE Axon 20 counts with just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the ZTE Axon 20 also has a higher amount of RAM.
ZTE Axon 20 features a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because it has a slightly better 1080 x 2460 resolution, a bit higher pixels count per display inch and a bit bigger screen. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a lot bigger storage for apps and games than ZTE Axon 20, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 128 GB.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features longer battery performance than ZTE Axon 20, because it has a 5300mAh battery size. ZTE Axon 20 captures much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the ZTE Axon 20 also has a much bigger camera sensor taking lot better quality videos and pictures, a camera in the back with a way better 64 mega-pixels resolution, a bigger aperture for better low-light captures and videos and faster video frame rate.
Although ZTE Axon 20 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi Max 2. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the ZTE Axon 20, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, letting go some features and specifications.
