Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 has a global score of 79.5, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Max 3's 74.9 overall score. Both phones in our current comparison have Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 8 has the older 14 version and Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo. Asus ROG Phone 8 is a notably newer phone than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3, but it's thicker and a little heavier.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 counts with a much better processing power than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with an incredibly better display than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater pixels density and a little bit higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 has much more storage to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Asus ROG Phone 8 takes way better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 8 also has a back-facing camera with a lot higher resolution, a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a much better image quality and a much higher video resolution.
Asus ROG Phone 8 and Xiaomi Mi Max 3 both feature incredibly similar batteries performance.
