The HTC U23 Pro is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3, with a overall score of 77.8 against 74.9. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the HTC U23 Pro has the previous 13 version and Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Although HTC U23 Pro is somewhat thicker than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3, it's a bit lighter and much newer.
