Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 has a general score of 79.5, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3's 74.9 overall score. Huawei Mate 20's body is somewhat lighter but just a little bit thicker than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and both were released with only a couple of months difference. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate 20 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo, so it provides the user lots of additional features.
The Huawei Mate 20 counts with a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 3. Both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount. Huawei Mate 20 has a better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the display and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2244px.
The Huawei Mate 20 features just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same resolution back camera and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Mate 20 also has a larger camera sensor taking higher quality videos and pictures and a larger aperture for better low-light photography.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 counts with a slightly better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 features a much better battery life than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity.
