The Motorola razr (2020) is better than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, with an 87 score against 74.9. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola razr (2020) has the previous 11 version while Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo.
