Comparison review
The OnePlus 8 Pro is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3, with a overall score of 77.2 against 74.9. OnePlus 8 Pro's body is newer and lighter than Xiaomi Mi Max 3's, although it's also just a little bit thicker. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has 4 GB more RAM.
OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a much better screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better screen density and a better 1440 x 3168 pixels resolution. The OnePlus 8 Pro captures a lot better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a way larger back camera sensor providing a lot better image quality, a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photography and video in low light environments, better 60 fps video frame rate and a way more mega-pixels back camera.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 features a bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than OnePlus 8 Pro, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 256 GB. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 counts with longer battery performance than OnePlus 8 Pro, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity.
