The OnePlus 8 UW is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3, with a 75.9 score against 74.9. These devices use Android OS, but the OnePlus 8 UW has 10 version while Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has longer battery life than OnePlus 8 UW, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity.
