Comparison review
The Galaxy Note 5 has an overall score of 79.3, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi Max 3's 74.9 general score. Galaxy Note 5 is an extremely older phone than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, but it is notably lighter and just a little bit thinner anyway. Both phones in this comparison use Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 5 has the previous 5.1 version while Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and more pixels per inch in the display. The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 features a bit better processing power than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 also has a greater number of cores (but slower).
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor taking worse quality photos and videos, and they both have the same aperture, the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a camera with a lot better 16 megapixels resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 features a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 5, because it has an 83% larger battery capacity.
