Galaxy Note3 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3, getting a 77.7 score against 74.9. The Galaxy Note3 body is notably lighter than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, but it is just a little thicker and was released 5 years before. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note3 has the older 4.4.2 version while Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.

The Samsung Galaxy Note3 features a little sharper display than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 1920 resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a little better screen pixels density. The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note3, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 also has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Note3 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, although it has less RAM memory and lesser processing cores. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 features a really longer battery duration than Galaxy Note3, because it has a 5500mAh battery size instead of 3200mAh. The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note3, because although it has a back-facing camera with less mega-pixels resolution and a worse 3840x2160 video resolution, it also counts with a larger camera aperture and a bigger sensor capturing better quality pictures.
