Comparison review
The Galaxy S25 Ultra has an overall score of 90.7, which is a lot better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3's 74.9 general score. The Galaxy S25 Ultra body is thinner and way lighter than Xiaomi Mi Max 3. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Galaxy S25 Ultra has the previous 14 version and Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 features a much better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra counts with an incredibly better display than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 3088 resolution and a higher pixels density.

Galaxy S25 Ultra has a very superior camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because it has a way higher resolution back-facing camera, a lot better video resolution, a much bigger sensor shooting lot higher quality photographs and videos and a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light photography and videos.
