Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport has a score of 77.8, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3's score of 74.9. Even though Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport is older and somewhat thicker than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3, it's construction is still noticeably lighter. Both devices we are comparing have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport has the previous 4.4.2 version while Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport has a bit better processing unit than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and a lower number of cores , it also counts with an extra GPU. The Galaxy S5 Sport features a sharper display than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a little bit worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little higher screen pixel density.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 counts with a much greater storage for apps and games than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport captures clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low-light photography and a tinier sensor giving a worse image quality, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport also counts with a back facing camera with a way higher 16 MP resolution.
