Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a general score of 80.9, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3's 74.9 overall score. These devices include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has an older 5.0 version and Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active design is thicker but notably lighter than Xiaomi Mi Max 3.
The Galaxy S6 Active has an incredibly better screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a much greater display pixel density. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy S6 Active has a better processing power than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a graphics processor and a 64-bits processing unit. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 captures much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a back-facing camera with a much lower 12 megapixels resolution and a lower (4K) video definition, and they both have a F1.9 diafragm aperture, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 also counts with a larger sensor shooting higher quality photos.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has a much better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
