Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S9 is better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3, with an 83.3 score against 74.9. Even though Samsung Galaxy S9 and the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 were released with only a couple of months difference, the Samsung Galaxy S9 design is way lighter but also a bit thicker than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3. Galaxy S9 features a sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2960px and a way greater number of pixels per inch of screen.
Samsung Galaxy S9 has just a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 3. They have 8 cores and the same RAM memory amount. The Galaxy S9 has a little bit more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the Galaxy S9 also has a SD extension slot that allows up to 400 GB.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 counts with a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S9, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity. Galaxy S9 features a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and although they both have a same size camera sensor, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a camera with a 12 MP, the Galaxy S9 also has better video frame rate and a lot larger aperture to take better captures in poorly lited situations.
