The Xiaomi 12 Pro has a score of 79.6, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi Max 3's general score of 74.9. The Xiaomi 12 Pro construction is incredibly newer and just a bit lighter, but a bit thicker than Xiaomi Mi Max 3. Both phones we compare here come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi 12 Pro has the previous 12 version and Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo.
Xiaomi 12 Pro features an incredibly better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a better quantity of pixels per inch of display. The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 counts with a very superior processing power than Xiaomi 12 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has a little bit more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. Xiaomi 12 Pro shoots much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Xiaomi 12 Pro also has a much better video definition, a back camera with lot more mega-pixels and a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking lot better quality photos.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has improved battery life than Xiaomi 12 Pro, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4600mAh.
