Comparison review
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a score of 80.5, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3's 74.9 global score. Both phones in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro design is a bit thicker but somewhat lighter than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and both of them were released only a couple months apart.
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 features a little bit more storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro features just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a superior camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photos and videos, a lot more megapixels back camera and a much bigger back camera sensor taking way better quality photographs.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 features a very superior battery performance than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because it has a 38% larger battery capacity.
